Though, on a note of being semi-serious,

o: I think there's been actions made on this, so I'm wondering if if I should actually try to report now that I know.

Actually, maybe I'm just doing it because I know that in some cases, dA doesn't act on these things very fast. Or at all for that matter.

Not saying that they don't have more important things to do.

I already sent two reports, one for one deviation, and a second for another deviation, and I gave ample evidence.

Go to the Submit Policy Violation button on the deviation. Then, list evidence, links, the URL for the stolen piece, etc. Go to the Help & FAQs Help Desk place for more answers.
